Main Objects :
1. To carry on the business of buying, selling, reselling, exporting and trading of all kinds of goods finished, semi finished, raw material items, articles, merchandise, products such as granites, marbles, manufactured stones/ marbles, ,agricultural products such as rice, pulses edible oils, industrial, chemical or marine, stones, pieces of arts, antiques, handicrafts, machinery, equipments, capital goods and any other item capable of purchasing, selling, importing, exporting and trading and to be appointed as agents and / or distributors on commission, allowance, retainer ship, incentive basis.
2. To carry on in India or elsewhere the business as manufacturers, producers, processors, importers, exporters, distributors, traders, job-workers, collaborators, suppliers and dealers in all kind of papers (including writing paper, printing paper, wall designing paper, manipulating paper, cloth lined paper, wove paper, security paper, ammonia paper, carbon paper, packing paper, cardboard boxes, chemically treated paper and such other papers used for industries and establishments), paper products, wood pulp, viscose, rayon, paper pulp, wood & bamboo pulp, waste paper pulp, soda pulp and all other allied pulps which are processed thorough paper industry and other derivative products of wood pulp and paper.
3. To carry on in India or elsewhere the business as traders, growers, distributors, stockist, importer and exporter of wood, wood-pulp, other raw-materials and consumables used for paper/ pulp industries including growing plantation of trees for requisite wood.
4. To enter into partnership or into any arrangements for sharing profits, union of interests, co-operation, joint venture, reciprocal concession, or otherwise, with any person or LLP or companies carrying on or engaged in, or about to carry on or engage in, similar businesses as stated above which this Company is authorized to carry on or engage in, any business or transaction capable of being conducted so as directly or indirectly to benefit the Company.
5. To carry on the business in India or elsewhere of manufacturing, producing, preparing, polishing, cutting, finishing, processing, mining, treating, acquiring, converting, commercializing crushing, quarrying, designing, developing, exporting, importing, buying, selling, exploring, excavating, grinding, shaping, handling, transporting, marketing, promoting, dealing and storing all types granites, marbles, stones, tiles, bricks in all shapes, sizes and varieties of rough and polish stones, slabs, logs, rocks of natural stones, such as granite, marble, jasper, jade, laterite, colured stones, their residues, cuttings and by-products which are mainly used for flooring, construction, roads, infrastructure and in decorative items, to carry on the business of exporting, importing, marketing, quarrying, mining, excavating and exploring of all types of stones and related material including granites, marbles, construction material and generally deal in all type of stones.

YERRAPRAGADA MALLIKARJUNA RAO: Aged 56 years old Graduate in Commerce and Pursuing his company Secretary Couse from ICSI. He has an experience of more than 10 years in the field of finance, Legal and Secretarial Works.
SRINIVASARAO BOLLA: Aged about 30 years is a Post-Graduate in Master Of Business Administration and Pursuing his Company Secretary Course from ICSI .He has an experience of more than 3 years in the field of Legal and Secretarial Works.
LAKSHMI NEKKANTI SATYASRI: Aged about 40 years is a Post-Graduate in Master Of Computer Application. She has anexperience of 8 years in the field of Adminstrations.
